Can I get free shipping?

Absolutely! All Wanna Greens® subscribers receive free shipping, and we’re extending this benefit to our first 100 customers in the USA.

What if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?

Well, if you’re not home when the delivery arrives, we might have to get creative with where we leave your package. Maybe we’ll hide it in a nearby bush, bury it in the backyard, or leave it with your neighbor’s overly-friendly cat. Just kidding! We’ll give you a call to figure out the best spot to leave your precious greens.

How can I change my delivery day?

Easy! All you have to do is contact our customer service by email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram, and we will take it from there.

Can I skip a week?

Absolutely! If you’re a subscriber and need to skip a week, we’ve got you covered. Just message us on WhatsApp, email, or social media, and our customer service will take care of it.

What should I do if the shipment does not arrive?

Talk to us! We’ll fix it and make sure you get your package. We are available via WhatsApp, email, or social media from 10:00 to 17:00, Sunday through Thursday. If you need help outside those hours, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery service for Wanna Greens® will only be available in the USA during the first year of launch.
